Join us on Tuesday, 9 August to celebrate local, women-led businesses, fill up on art inspiration and walk away feeling good about the world!
Between 10am – 4pm you will be able to browse and buy from our thoughtful curation of inspiring women-led, local businesses, feast your eyes on art, enjoy great coffee from Organic Point and delicious eats from two of our local female chefs.
“We want this event to be a celebration of local, women-led businesses in our valley, and help them to reach our community,” says Aimee Kruger, founder of Noordhoek Art Point.
You can expect over 15 local, small-to-medium sized businesses selected for their unique offerings, at the event showcasing their fantastic products and services including Nonophela Craft showing off their basketware made from local reed, Warm Hugs SA with their heatless hair curling kits, natural products brand Go Green Naturally, and Roho Heritage Jewellery which will be launching on the day of the showcase.
You’ll be able to support them on the day by purchasing their products or simply soak in the creativity and walk away feeling inspired.
Enjoy food and wine by local makers, including chef Debbie from Plated Affair and chef Karoline from Soul Food Kitchen, tasty treats by Mandy from Gooi and Steek and Cape Point Vineyards, and of course, fabulous coffee by Organic Point.
The day wouldn’t be complete without a showcase from our very own women artists. Artist Lucy Cobern will be demonstrating some of her intricate drawing techniques, while Oclaysions will be setting up in the gallery and working on some of their beautiful ceramics.
